To one of my most cherished performers, Michael Jackson, Rest In Peace.
Its very tragic we lost Michael Jackson, not only because we lost one of the world’s most talented perfectionist performers, but because of how people treated him while he was living!
All that gossip & slander!
Abuse from day one.
Truly a tragedy.
I ask you, people of the world, to look a bit deeper at what this loss truly represents.
From the bottom of my heart, Michael Jackson, you inspired me from as early as I can remember & I will always love, respect & cherish your talent, vision, hard work, heart & soul.
Rest in peace <3 x

Album update

Hi there
I sent off the final outtro vocals for Alienation yesterday, Monday June 15th.
I was inspired to add more to the song & so I quickly recorded myself singing more.
Here’s a photo of me that I snapped after I recorded some of my vocals @ 5am in the morning.
I literally felt as if I, quite literally, sang my heart out. Alone as usual.
I could barely even move yesterday after the 16 hours of vocal recording. Well worth it tho ! 
I’m excited!!! the vocals were sent off to the mastering guys yesterday afternoon & I await patiently as they do their thang…
Back to my studio I go.
I still have to finish & send off (the final versions of)
“Projection Rejection Protection”
“Disconnect”
And I still haven’t decided whether or not I’m going to make the album 10 songs or just leave it at the 8 that are pretty much all done.
I’ll be in touch.

a very important Empress Album Update

Hello Lovely,
Once again, welcome to my new Blog.
This has been a very exciting nonstop productive year for me.
For the past 8 months, I’ve been alone working diligently on writing, producing, creating my first solo album, that I wrote to perform Live with my new band I’ve put together (& yes, I’ll be singing!)
Its been intense! I’ve been working consistantly in my studio 6-7 days a week (with the exception of when I’ve traveled & had my Drum & Bass DJ shows).
This is the hardest I’ve ever worked in my life, yet, I’ve done it so passionately because I’m absolutely in LOVE with what I’m doing.
Its been a trip, switching gear into singer & song writer mode and oh so beautiful and liberating.
Anyhow, where I’m at in the production of the album is :

Basically now, I’m in the final stages of working out how this is going to go.
